Professional Repair Service
All products submitted for repair or CLA servicing (Clean, Lubricate, Adjust) are inspected and handled by trained technicians.
Each item is carefully checked before any work begins. Because every camera and lens is different, the exact repair cost and feasibility can only be confirmed after inspection.

Below are general price ranges to give you an idea:

Lens Fungus Cleaning: RM100 – RM550
(Depends on lens type, severity, and internal condition) -
Speedlight Bulb Replacement: RM150 – RM300

Film Camera Repair / CLA: RM150 – RM250

Digital Camera Repair / CLA: RM250 – RM500

Warranty on Repairs
All completed repairs and servicing come with a:
30-Day SNAP PHOTO Service Warranty
This warranty covers the repaired issue only and ensures that the work carried out meets our service standards.
Inspection & Non-Repair Charges
If you decide not to proceed after inspection:

A RM20 service/inspection fee will apply

Return shipping fee will be charged (actual cost or minimum fee)
This covers technician time and diagnostic work.
Important Notes Before Sending Your Item

Fungus inside lenses may leave permanent marks or coating damage even after cleaning

This happens because fungus can damage internal glass coatings over time

We strongly recommend servicing your equipment as soon as fungus is detected

By sending your product to SNAP PHOTO, you agree to the following:

All items will be inspected before any repair begins. A quotation will be provided for approval. -
Repair Approval Required
No repair will proceed without your confirmation and payment. -
Cosmetic Risks
While care is taken, minor marks or signs of servicing may occur during cleaning or repair. -

Standard servicing time is approximately 1–2 weeks, depending on complexity and parts availability -
Unrepairable Items

Unclaimed Items
Products must be collected within 6 months. Unclaimed items may be disposed of without compensation. -
Reclaim Warranty Returns
Products purchased under SNAP PHOTO Reclaim Warranty must follow warranty terms:-
