Refund or replacement requests may be accepted for reasons including damaged products, wrong items received, missing accessories, delivery issues, items not as described, or other valid concerns.
Approved refunds are typically returned to the original payment method and may take approximately 1–3 business days depending on the payment provider or bank. Replacement requests may require the original item to be returned before a replacement is processed.
