STEP 2 — RECEIVE YOUR QUOTATION
Once we receive your submission, our team will carefully review your equipment details and send you a quotation via email.
Quotation times may vary depending on the number of submissions received.
Trade-in quotations are based on:

- Market value
- Included accessories
- Warranty status
- Shutter count
- Presence of fungus, haze, scratches, or faults
STEP 3 — ACCEPT THE OFFER
If you are happy with the quotation:
- You may bring the equipment to us for inspection
OR - Ship the equipment to us securely
Our technicians will inspect and test the item to confirm it matches the information provided in the Trade-In Form.
Once approved:
- Trade-in value can be deducted from your next purchase
