RM30 welcome gift
3,000 points for new members on an online order of RM100 or more. Use it all at once or split it.
Points on every paid order
1 point for every RM1 you pay, added as soon as your order is marked paid.
Money off your next order
Every 100 points is RM1 off. Points can pay up to 10% of an order.
12-month service warranty
Full body coverage for internal functionality, maintenance support, servicing and careful inspection.
Priority service support
Members are served first for questions, servicing and repairs.

Scan your QR code to see your card, points, spending and orders any time.
How points work
Example: a new member buys a RM2,600 camera and uses the full welcome gift.

Points are earned on what you actually pay; shipping and the part paid with points do not earn points. Points arrive when your order is marked paid, so you can use them straight away on another order. If an order is cancelled, its points are removed and any points you used are returned. Points last 12 months.
Bronze, Silver and Gold
You move up automatically as you shop, and higher levels earn more points on every order.
per RM1 from the day you join. A RM2,600 order earns 2,600 points (RM26).
per RM1 after RM8,000 spent in 12 months. A RM2,600 order earns 3,900 points (RM39).
per RM1 after RM20,000 spent in 12 months. A RM2,600 order earns 5,200 points (RM52).
How to join and use your card
Apply online
Fill in your name, phone, email and a 6-digit PIN. Your card is approved instantly.
See it in My Account
Use the same email as your Snaphoto account and your card appears there straight away.
Get your QR code
We activate your QR code and prepare your physical card.
Shop and save
Your card is added at checkout when you're signed in. Choose how many points to use, or tap Use max.
Earn points
Points from each order are added once it is marked paid.
Scan any time
Your QR code shows your card, points, level and orders on any phone.
Card rules
- One card per person, linked to one email address. The card is personal and non-transferable.
- The card is valid for 12 months.
- The welcome gift is for new members and applies to online orders of RM100 or more.
- Customers who shopped with us before joining get points for their paid orders from the last 12 months instead of the welcome gift.
- Using points needs the email registered to your card, so nobody else can spend your points.
